Jimmer has been out of my belly as long as he was in it! Doesn't seem possible. The pregnancy sure as heck seemed longer that's for sure! Motherhood seems to get better and more rewarding each day. It is the greatest gift I have ever received and I am so in love with this little baby boy.
Doctor said he is doing great and that she credits the breast milk for him being so healthy thus far. Makes all that work seem worth it!
HEIGHT: 28 1/2 inches
WEIGHT: 20 lbs
HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE: 46 mm
CLOTHING: 12 Months; 12-18 Months
DIAPERS: 3 (can wear 4's at night)
LOVES: Bananas, Macaroni and Cheese, His Walker, Yogi (our dog), any type of ball, Yogis dog dishes, Stairs.
DISLIKES: Baby food with chunks in it (Stage 3's in particular), Getting his diaper changed, getting dressed, being told "NO"
SLEEPING: Most nights go as follows - Bedtime between 7:30 and 8, Up between 6 and 6:30 for a bottle, back down until 8ish. He is literally up for 10 minutes total at 6 or 6:30...I change his diaper and he's back down.
EATING: Half and Half breast milk and formula....have enough breast milk to last until at least 10 months old which was the plan. He is very into people food these days as he likes to DO IT HIMSELF. Bananas, Carrots, Macaroni and Cheese, Yogurt, and ALL SWEETS are some of his favorites.
WHAT'S NEW: Jimmer will be walking any day. He pushes his walker around all over and can stand unassisted briefly. Every day I feel like he gets braver and braver so I'm sure it will happen within the next month or 2. He also gives us kisses! My absolute favorite. If you say "jimmer give Mommy kisses" he comes at you mouth wide open and then pulls back and smacks his lips together. So SLIGHTLY off with the timing but it's so cute how he knows the noise and does it AFTER he open mouths your whole face. Jimmer is also becoming a Mama's boy...Nick says it's fine because when he's a little older he will think Nicks the coolest thing walking (whatever).
ALSO..this kid is constantly on the move...cannot get him to sit still...
Other new things...lots of baby babble, dancing/bouncing to music, retired the baby tub, and top two teeth broke through so he now has 4 toofers.
We love you Jimmer Jack.....more than you will ever know.
